What data we process

When you send us an enquiry via the form or by e-mail, we process your full name, company name, e-mail address, phone number (if provided), the content of your message and any attached files.

Why we process your data

We use your data to handle your enquiry, prepare a quote and communicate with you about a possible cooperation. The legal basis is steps taken prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to handle it, but no longer than 3 years after our last communication. If a cooperation follows, we keep the data for the duration of the contract and for the period required by law (e.g. accounting and tax regulations).

Who has access to your data

Your data is processed only by authorised staff of our company. Technical services are provided by our web hosting provider and our e-mail delivery provider, who are bound by contract and confidentiality. We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. If you believe that processing breaches data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz) or with your local supervisory authority.

This website does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools that track your behaviour. That is why we do not ask for cookie consent. Should this change in the future, we will ask for your consent in advance.
